It's an inside job.

It's an inside job.
What does that mean anyway?? "It's an inside job."

Whether healing, happiness, or success,.....all of it, what I have come to learn is that it comes from within. Your desire to be, achieve, or feel any or all of these things.

Why is it that we think we need something, someone, or to be somewhere to achieve, be happy, or be successful? In doing this or thinking this,...you give away your strength or "power" as they say.

It's because we were likely never or rarely often shown, enlightened with, or given an example of how to be "self made", if you will. Nothin against those that we've grown up around that we may feel "should have" given us something or made us feel a certain way, etc. Why? Because how can they give you something they weren't enlightened with themselves? Their awareness wasn't there either.
As much as we would have wanted "people" to help us or show us things,....how can they if they weren't guided to look inward to see what their own "shizz" was to work through?

Let's be real, most don't want to look in because they don't feel they could give themselves the answers or they're fully aware of the issue is but don't want to admit it. Truth. Been there.

My now hubby gave me that kick in the pants to look inward many years ago. Looking in can suck but in the very same moment that shizz got real, you see exactly what you need to "deal with"....if you're honest with yourself.

I've studied.
I've hired coaches. I use my oils when I need to (Geranium is a powerful oil that works through tons of this type stuff (check out the link ︎) as it helps to up root & release emotions. Then it's like after it creates a bridge to the other size - the way out I guess you could say).
I get outside & move my body (easy for me with horses to look after & a little boy who loves nature as much as I do.)

You just have to do the work. Just make the commitment to yourself to do it. It isn't going to be easy. It is likely going to be hard.

One doctor said, "Your healing does NOT need to be pleasing to you." Wow right....so true.

All of what you need is within to dig in & do the work. It's an inside job.

Now of course you need role models, examples, knowledge, tools, guidance, etc. But it's up to you do implement what you've learned, use the tools you have, & create self discipline to work in the direction of your desire.

No one will do it for you. No short cuts. Just do the work.

If you don't,....the lessons will never be learned & your journey will remain the crazy circle you've be running in.

It's all you. Your health. Your success. Your happiness. All of it.

Get some guidance & tools & commit to winning for yourself!

I am here for just this purpose. I love to see people win & reinvent themselves to the way they secretly want to live out loud. I love when a person reaches the "frick ya I got this" level!!

Contact me to assist you in the guidance on a very personalize level. Success is on the other side of your choice to change it up.

Cheers,
Deborah.

I finally figured out what I really want!! I think you may want it too!

I finally figured out what I really want!! I think you may want it too!
"....I realized that most of my life was lived in a state of fear, worry, & constant servitude to ensure others were happy, unknowingly choosing to do this.
As I thought through the years, I have no idea when or if I ever had true peace in my heart & soul.

So when it hit me that night, it really was WOW~ it all really boiled down to that?!

To be honest, never had a revelation quite like that -about a feeling or state."

5 Smooth Stones.

5 Smooth Stones.
These last few years has felt like the world has been been dominated by Goliath. I'm sure, whether a believer or not, most people know of the story of  "David & Goliath".

David conquered something far bigger than himself. Much much bigger. He went into battle with only 5 smooth stones. He came out a victor because of his 1 smooth stone but what wasn't seen was the armor of courage he had through his faith. He believed he would.

Now I don't know about you, but I do believe. I grew up going to catechism & saying the Lord's prayer before bed every night. Truth be told I barely understood much from my catechism because it seemed so deep with not enough for an elementary child to understand.

So over the years I drifted from what seemed was too hard to understand. But always had my faith intact because I have witnessed my prayers answered. However I was not giving enough gratitude to them as I rushed busily through life. Complacency really.

I'm sure like many the last few years, as we all spent time away from the things would have normally been doing, we've reevaluated much. I was also craving more peace. Ironically enough, at the beginning for this whole world changing event, I had a very odd sense of peace.
