Natures beauty is more than just what you see. It’s in what it provides too.
What was there before "medicine" as we know it right now? Plants, yes plants. Look at what history shows.

Back before there was pharma,...Mother nature got the call. No it wasn't easy & yes times were different. I know we needed faster medicine for emergency.
I know there will always be an evolution of all things. But did we have to go so far gone into synthetics?
Why did we go from plants being all we had to almost all things synthetic? $$$

Yes, money. Follow the money. What is the biggest BILLION Dollar industry? Pharma. (Now, does it serve its place, yea. But it doesn't need to be in every nook & cranny of your health care.
When suggesting a holistic option, some see me as the “crazy plant oil lady”. Or when suggesting to use a natural alternative verses taking a pill??
Well ya, I do believe there is a time & a place for everything. But natural will get the first call here.
When I had my little boy, the pain I had from a C Section & a spinal, was surreal. I did what they told me. Alternate Tylenol & Advil.
Well yikes...with the dose being the same for lil me as it is for a large man, it was burning my stomach & put me in Emergency. What I've learned since.
Fun fact: Aspirins (synthetic methyl salicylate) molecular structure was created from wintergreen essential oil.
Guess what Wintergreen essential oil is for? Pain.
It's quite good for joint or muscle pain associated with sprains, strains and even arthritis! But it can also be used to relieve the physical stresses of the day, including backaches.
Winter green plant leaves are ferment, then distilled get the essential oil out). End product is 98% methyl salicylate- active ingredient in Wintergreen EO.
With warming qualities, a great choice for backaches, joint & muscle pain associated with sprains, strains, or rheumatoid arthritis.(Proven with studies.)
It is also used industries for uses like Odor agents, Air care products, Cleaning products, Laundry & dishwashing products, & Personal care products. Problem is, it’s usually the synthetic form. Sad. Sad because a bottle isn’t super expensive. Have a look for yourself right here....Wintergreen Essential oil
So if you can get your hands on a bottle & make your own muscle rub with 20-30 drops in a base of shea butter & almond oil, why wouldn’t you? (BTW, 1 bottle = 8 rubs). Or you can apply directly on site of discomfort.
After that trip to the emergency & leaving with a prescription of T3, which would've put me on my a** with a new born, needed another way. There was no discussion around what really could be still an issue with my back 6-7 months post C section surgery. And how could T3 really help me if the lower doses etc are burning my insides & not touching the pain?
And why is the dose on most bottles of pain meds the same for everyone? So me, less than 5'4 tall & average weight take the same dose of Tylenol as a grown man?? (Its been a few years since this situation and I have since learned that Tylenol is actually really toxic for the body. If you want to look into it, click here. It just might surprise you.....
I left emergency & never filled the prescription because I knew in my gut the effects were not going to be good with the state I was already in. It wasn't until a few months later Young Living walked into my life.
It's sad that todays times we are quick to use a pill verses get to the root cause.
