Ever buy a supplement & wonder why you did,....because you didn't feel much different?
I did. (In all fairness, most of us quit taking them before we really give them a chance. Especially if we've treated our body's like an amusement park,....ride after ride with little maintenance.)
We can't expect things to work or change things in a biological level over night if we haven't been taking care of our body on a regular basis. How long have you be been in a less than optimal state? If it's been a while, don't expect a couple weeks will get it done.
So WHY does it matter that you can swap out your supplements with what you can get from YL?
From what I have found from my day to day life discoveries,.....a few reasons.
If you don't take care of yourself, your body will force you.
Now, I'm listening to me….most of the time the posts I do are "me reminding me" what's important for health. We all get carried away in the daily life stresses & trying to fit more in during the day no matter how late….shorting your self on a full meal cause their is things to be done or places to go.
Well early February, my body reminded me it's time to stop. My boy said he never seen me rest like that or be unwell….so ya it's been a while. A looooong while since I felt that way. My body was tired & sore….whatever virus that was,….was interesting.
