Nothing is wrong with you.
Nothing is wrong with you….

Just because you feel low or have been for a long time.
Or
Just because you feel sad or depressed more often than you would like.
Or
Just because you have certain health things pop up here & there.
Or
Just because you don’t feel on point as a parent like you wished you did or used to.
Or
Just because you feel like your career path doesn’t light your fire anymore.

Mental health can be effected by numerous things/factors. These are just a few things which can make people feel like they are in a "suffering state" as Tony Robbins would put it.

The beautiful thing,…it doesn’t have to stay that way.
The beautiful thing,…you are in control.
The beautiful thing,…you are not alone.
The beautiful thing,….it can be easier than you think to change the course of your mental health.

It will take work yes, but it can be a course of action steps to make a difference.

But it will take looking into many areas of how you live.

How you eat?
Do you move your body ?
Do you love what you do in life?
Do you take time for your mind to have a break?
Who do you spend time with?
Do you have a hobby you love?
Is your family supportive?
What do you do for yourself, allow yourself, to do that makes you feel alive?

Do you give yourself permission to just “BE”???
- if you’re the mom that’s been run ragged or just hasn’t honored herself?
- Or the son or daughter that is looking after their family as well as their own parent?
- Or the corporate employee reaching for the next level up?

You won’t be able to do any of those things well if you don’t honor yourself enough to take care of you.

This is where it can start to lead down a rough road of mental health issues.

You are more than enough & you have purpose in this world.
Make yourself a priority. You are worth the investment.
Choose You.

Seek the tools, resources, people you feel the most comfortable with. It doesn’t matter what it is. Start small. You're worth it. There's nothing wrong with you. You can heal.

If you need some direction to get yourself going with a few recommendations & maybe a tool or two, head over to Where to Start section on my website to book a session. It will be worth the time I promise.

Cheers with gratitude,
Deborah.
